How Much is Delivery?

We work extremely hard to drive down the cost of shipping and, whenever possible, offer either free shipping or deeply discounted flat rates.

The good news is that delivery in the UK is free for all orders over £25.

If your order is under £25, we make a small charge for UK deliveries in line with Royal Mail and Secured Mail fees.

Free shipping to Europe and the United States is available for orders over £50.

Product Bundles

In recent months, we have introduced product bundles, allowing you the opportunity to purchase a bundle of either 3 or 6 Mend products at a reduced rate.

This not only saves you money (up to 20% off single product purchases) but also triggers free shipping on your order in most cases.

In some cases, it can take up to two business days to authorise your payment. Please take this into account as an approximation. It does not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will inform you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for status updates.

Please make sure that the shipping address chosen when placing the order is correct, as rerouting and redirecting is not possible once the package leaves our warehouse.

Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer, and if this occurs, we keep all delays to a minimum. To avoid interruptions, please avoid using cards that are set to expire or have mismatched billing information.

India, Australia and New Zealand orders

On very rare occasions, international shipping to India, Australia and New Zealand can take up to two weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

Customers located in India, Australia and New Zealand are responsible for paying the applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees that your local Customs authority deems appropriate.

These fees are paid to your local carrier or government. They are not collected by Mend, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages to India, Australia and New Zealand as DDU (duties and taxes unpaid).

This means that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive your parcel.

Since we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.

Please note that our shipping provider pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon as they enter the country.

This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf.

On occasions, you may receive an invoice from our shipping provider after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee.

If required, we can fulfil to all Worldwide destinations from our stores on Amazon.com (USA), Amazon.co.uk (UK), Amazon.de (Germany), Amazon.it (Italy), Amazon.fr (France), and Amazon.es (Spain).

Cancelled Orders

If for any reason, your order is cancelled, you will immediately receive an email. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you have any questions regarding your cancelled order, please contact support.

Damaged Items

Please let us know immediately via e­mail if your package was damaged in transit. Save the box and merchandise and we will have the carrier inspect and pick up the damaged package. The items will be replaced at no charge to you.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return the item via the postal service and we will gladly reimburse your account for the full amount of the purchase. You are also welcome to exchange your order for another Mend product.

We accept all unopened returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date and we only accept items purchased directly from our website. We recommend shipping your exchange via recorded delivery for your protection.

Discounted Items

If you purchased a discounted item and would like to return the product, we will gladly refund your money within the 30-day time limit. If you would like to exchange your product for something of higher value then you will be required to pay the difference. We are sorry that we are unable to provide the discount on current items or items that are no longer in the sale stock.
